As the numbers at Arcadia decrease and age increases, there is a new collaboration between the Australian and Sri Lankan monasteries. The monks in Sri Lanka are more numerous and of a wider age range, and are prepared to send some members to Arcadia to help continue our work.
This echoes the origins of Arcadia when Italian monks in Sri Lanka had to leave and came to make the Australian foundation.
